The constraint
Private and construction loans require more than an application form. Every opportunity needs to be screened, researched, structured, modelled, documented and managed through credit approval and conditions precedent.
For many originators, that work consumes the time that should be spent building relationships and generating new business. Collective Credit provides the specialist credit capacity behind the scenes.
Too much time spent qualifying incomplete or unsuitable opportunities
Inconsistent credit submissions slowing lender engagement
Experienced internal credit staff becoming expensive before volume is established
We give you access to an established credit function as and when your business needs it.
The service ladder
Start with Collective Access: your branded workspace and four Rapid Deal Assessments a month. Send opportunities that deserve deeper analysis for a Deal Review + Preliminary IM, activate the ones you want to progress for end-to-end execution, and embed a named analyst when your volume justifies it.
