Legal & disclosures
The detail behind the platform.
Important information about how our website content, lending products and enquiries should be understood.
General information
The information on this website is general in nature and is provided for information purposes only. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and should not be relied upon as personal, financial, credit, legal or taxation advice.
Collective Credit provides lending infrastructure, credit operations and technology. Products, mandates, indicative structures and any figures shown are illustrative and do not constitute an offer of credit, a promise of funding, or a representation that any particular facility is available to you.
Regulatory disclosures
Collective Credit is a trading name of Collective Credit Pty Ltd (ABN 00 000 000 000), ACL 000000. Credit activities are provided under, or as authorised by, an Australian Credit Licence.
A Credit Guide describing our services, fees and dispute-resolution procedures is available on request before we provide credit assistance. Where a product carries a Target Market Determination (TMD), it describes the class of consumers the product has been designed for; a copy is available on request.
Where credit is provided wholly or predominantly for business or investment purposes, the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth) may not apply. The regulatory protections available to you depend on the nature and purpose of the facility.
Credit & lending
All lending is subject to the relevant funding partner’s criteria, credit assessment, due diligence, valuation, documentation and final approval. Loan-to-value ratios, terms, horizons and pricing referenced anywhere on this site are indicative only and will vary by transaction.
Any example scenarios are representative illustrations of how a facility might be structured. They are not credit decisions, quotes or offers, and no scenario should be taken as an indication that equivalent terms will be made available.
No financial advice
Nothing on this website constitutes financial product advice or a recommendation to enter into any credit facility or financial arrangement. Before acting, you should consider whether the information is appropriate for your circumstances and seek independent professional advice.
Where lending is provided for business or investment purposes, consumer credit protections may not apply. You should confirm the regulatory status of any facility before proceeding.
Privacy
When you contact us or submit an enquiry, we collect personal and business information you provide so that we can respond, assess suitability and progress a potential funding relationship. We only collect information that is reasonably necessary for these purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with funding partners, service providers and advisers involved in assessing or delivering a facility, and as otherwise required or permitted by law. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.

We are committed to resolving complaints fairly, promptly and free of charge. If something has gone wrong, you can raise it with us directly and we will work with you to put it right.
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can escalate it to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), our free and independent external dispute resolution scheme. Full details of both steps are on our complaints page.
