FAQ
Pricing and scope, answered.
Common questions about membership, what triggers each fee, invoicing and how the Dedicated Desk works.
What is included in Collective Access?
Collective Access includes the white-label Collective Workspace, up to five internal users, Collective templates and workflows, four Rapid Deal Assessments each month and the ability to activate additional specialist services. It provides a low-commitment way to qualify opportunities before activating more detailed services.
What is Collective Workspace?
Collective Workspace is a private-credit operating environment included with Collective Access. It allows your business to manage opportunities, documents, assessments, reports, information requests and transaction progress through one structured workflow.
Is Collective Workspace white-labelled?
Yes. The workspace can display your business logo and basic brand colours across the partner and client-facing experience. Additional brands, custom domains and more extensive configuration may be priced separately.
Is Collective Workspace a complete CRM?
Collective Workspace is designed specifically for private and construction credit. It manages the credit opportunity and transaction workflow, but it is not intended to replace general marketing automation, accounting, telephony or every function of a broad sales CRM.
How many users are included?
Collective Access includes up to five internal users. Larger teams, additional entities and multiple brands can be scoped separately.
Who owns the client and transaction data?
The originating business retains ownership of its client and transaction data. Collective Credit accesses and processes the information required to provide the agreed platform and credit services, subject to the applicable terms and privacy policy.
Can information be exported?
Yes. Core client, opportunity and transaction information should be exportable in a standard format. Applicable retention, privacy and active-transaction requirements continue to apply.
What does the setup fee cover?
The $495 + GST once-off setup fee covers initial workspace configuration, logo and brand-colour setup, user creation and onboarding. The setup fee waived with an annual Collective Access membership.
What is the difference between a Rapid Deal Assessment and a Deal Review + Preliminary IM?
A Rapid Deal Assessment is a structured initial screen based on the information supplied. A Deal Review + Preliminary IM involves deeper analysis and produces a concise 3–5-page Information Memorandum covering the borrower, security, proposed structure, headline metrics, risks, information gaps and recommended pathway.
Is the Preliminary IM ready to submit to a lender?
The Preliminary IM is designed to determine whether an opportunity is ready to progress and provide a structured foundation for the next stage. It is not a complete lender submission, credit approval pack or detailed feasibility model. Suitable opportunities can be activated under Collective Execution for full lender-ready preparation.
What triggers the Collective Execution Fee?
The fee is triggered when an opportunity is approved by the originator and activated for full credit preparation and transaction support.
Does Collective Credit speak with my clients?
Client engagement is available through the Dedicated Desk service. The named analyst can communicate under the originator’s brand and operate as an extension of its team.
Does Collective Credit make the lending decision?
No. Collective Credit conducts analysis, prepares credit materials and supports transaction progression. The relevant lender or credit authority retains responsibility for the lending decision.
Are lender application fees waived?
On eligible Collective Panel transactions, participating lenders may waive their standard application fee so the Collective Fee becomes the primary application charge. External professional costs remain separate.
Is Collective Credit an AI platform?
Collective Credit is a specialist credit desk supported by purpose-built technology. Technology improves speed and consistency, while experienced credit professionals review the outputs.
Can Collective replace an internal credit team?
Collective can provide flexible or embedded credit capacity, depending on the service selected. Some businesses use Collective to avoid premature hiring; others use it to supplement an existing team.
